We made a move from Italy to Brazil, we just received everything in perfect condition, all the teams, in both countries, were extraordinary. It is extremely important to have reliable personnel who accompany the arrival at the port and who are able to resolve customs issues. Super positive experience.

GIMovers (and Vinicius personally) handled my move from Sao Paulo to London and were the best I could have asked for. The preparation and packaging of my goods was outstanding and everything made it in perfect condition to the UK. They worked seamlessly with their allies in the UK and they were flexible with the departure date so that I did not have to rent a storage unit in London before my tenancy started. World class service, and cannot recommend them enough!

Because of various issues (not related to Gentileza) our international move was severely delayed, resulting in a time period of over 4 months between Gentileza packing and removing our items in Brazil and them being delivered in UK. Throughout this period, they were patient and professional, and maintained regular communication. The company delivered exactly the service agreed, to a high professional standard.

This was my first experience with a big moving in my life. And it was no small deal to do it from Brazil to he US. I've researched and interviewed, at least, 9 companies nationwide and Gentileza seemed to have the fairest rate. To my surprise, the quality on the service was so high that even my family was impressed with it.
It started with the level of communication: they were absolutely clear and straight on how the process was going to happen, the time each step would consume and how much the of the price was directed to where.
Then the appointments: they were right on time on every single commitment they made (considering the brazillian culture, this is a HUGE deal).
Moving on to the quality of the work and professional stand of the movers: they were polite, clean, careful, hard-working and respectful to to all demands we done on fragile items, or bundling together of items.
We received our goods on the destination with a bit of delay, which usually would cause some distress. However, that delay possibility was already signaled when we started talking about the moving, and that was due to a strike on the transportation department in Brazil. Nonetheless, Gentileza sent notes with all the news regarding my items at all times.
Now, I've unpacked everything, I'm finally settled and all of my items are as good and they were in my original house. Still, they touched based after I unpacked everything to be sure all items were properly delivered.
I thank Gentileza for their commitment level, fairness of price, flexibility in accommodating requests, pro-activity on communication and quality of work.

I hired Gentileza International Movers services in order to move from Brazil to Canada. Since day 1 they were very careful with my belongings. Every aspect of the process, packing, carrying, scheduling; they were there to explain everything and keep me on track. Absolutely perfect. I strongly recommend Gentileza.
