From the moment Atlantis quoted the service to the final delivery of our belongings we had a wonderful experience. [Name removed by Sirelo] was very patient explaining all the details in the proposal and clarifying every step of the way from Sao Paulo to Miami. He was very detail oriented and explained each and every cost, so we would not have surprises - we really appreciated the transparency. The crew that came to pack, stuff the container and transport the container within Brazil was super fast and efficient, but most of all they were excessively careful. From packing to stuffing the container, they did a very careful work and the results were awesome when we unpacked our belongings. Everything was so well stuffed in the container that nothing moved and all furniture and boxes were intact when the container was opened. Atlantis was also careful to send a container to our home with no defects or problems, so nothing inside was affected by external factors (such as rain). There was no damage at all to our belongings as everything was carefully and perfectly packed. Customs service in the origin was also undefective, they provided clear guidance to prepare all paper work for customs clearance locally and abroad and there was no issues with the documents and procedures. The subcontractors in the destination also provided a high quality service and were attentive throughout the import process and delivery in the destination. The crew that unloaded the container was also careful and dedicated. The only downside in the whole process was the shipment transit time - and I mention that so readers set the right expectation. The shipment that took a long time to arrive, but the timing provided is within the expectation informed by Atlantis (between 60 and 90 days, ours arrived in about 75 days and we moved during Christmas and New Year holidays). Although we got anxious and a little upset at some point with the shipping company, we understand this was a not problem that Atlantis could have managed better as a moving company but rather bottlenecks in the sea freight system.
