The quality of our service and our packers team. Processes are carried out with great efficiency and complete customer satisfaction. With personalized service, the movings are handled with great affection and care.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Intertrains or WTI We always make ourselves available to the customer for after-sales, which are treated on a case-by-case basis. In some processes, we even take insurance, and in others, we replace the damaged items ourselves.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Choose very carefully with whom to make your moving. Find out more about the company, its certificates, time of existence. Choosing by price is not always the best option, as in the end, it can be more expensive. You want to be treated differently, you are unique, and you require personalized treatment in times of big changes.

The entire team was extremely professional when communicating. They made the process simple, was always there to explain & help with anything we needed or didn't understand. The Delivery guys were extremely courteous and professional and they showed up during the specified time, and was done in a little over an hour. Would definitely recommend for shipping. Thank you.
