    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    Intertrains or WTI We always make ourselves available to the customer for after-sales, which are treated on a case-by-case basis. In some processes, we even take insurance, and in others, we replace the damaged items ourselves.

    What is the best advice you would give to customers?

    Choose very carefully with whom to make your moving. Find out more about the company, its certificates, time of existence. Choosing by price is not always the best option, as in the end, it can be more expensive. You want to be treated differently, you are unique, and you require personalized treatment in times of big changes.

    The process took much longer and was much more expensive than previously informed, but the company was very professional and careful with all the goods transported, including furniture, fragile itens and works of art. They made a great job in packing and placing the goods inside the container. The packing and delivery teams were very professional, polite and helpful.
