What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Intertrains or WTI We always make ourselves available to the customer for after-sales, which are treated on a case-by-case basis. In some processes, we even take insurance, and in others, we replace the damaged items ourselves.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Choose very carefully with whom to make your moving. Find out more about the company, its certificates, time of existence. Choosing by price is not always the best option, as in the end, it can be more expensive. You want to be treated differently, you are unique, and you require personalized treatment in times of big changes.

The experience was great! We had some rather unique circumstances in that we needed to move out of our apt and leave the country in a short period of time and then needed Atlantis to hold our boxes in storage for over a year before shipping to our final destination.
The team was professional in every aspect and the move arrived in impeccable state even after sitting in storage for a long period of time.
The finance and commercial team was flexible and courteous to adapt to our changing needs. I highly recommend them!

The entire team was extremely professional when communicating. They made the process simple, was always there to explain & help with anything we needed or didn't understand.
