My experience with Premier was horrible, and I would never recommend their services for several reasons.
1) Before hiring them, they said the delivery time would be between 8 and 16 weeks. There were several delays during this period, and when I asked if they would deliver by the deadline, they informed me that the timeframe is just an ESTIMATE, and they do not guarantee delivery within the time they set.
2) They delivered my belongings at the end of the 16th week. During this period, there were 5 delays. The ship departure was delayed, arrival in Brazil was delayed, container pickup was delayed, and delivery was delayed twice. Each time they gave a different excuse. They never cared or showed any importance in how they handled the situation. They spoke as if delays were commonplace and most of the time didn't apologize for anything.
3) They asked me to declare the list of goods with a value several times below the value I had chosen, so they would pay fewer taxes. In the end,
they altered the values I had declared and asked me to sign the document. All of this happens after you pay for the services and when they already have your belongings, which makes it very difficult to take any action against what they want.
4) Several boxes arrived torn. Some items arrived broken, even though they were well packed. They didn't take care of my belongings. They never apologized or admitted the mistake.
5) Their communication and customer service were horrible. Clearly, they didn't care about me or my belongings. They spoke as if it didn't matter and always blamed third parties for mistakes that were theirs.
