My experience with Premier was horrible, and I would never recommend their services for several reasons.
1) Before hiring them, they said the delivery time would be between 8 and 16 weeks. There were several delays during this period, and when I asked if they would deliver by the deadline, they informed me that the timeframe is just an ESTIMATE, and they do not guarantee delivery within the time they set.
2) They delivered my belongings at the end of the 16th week. During this period, there were 5 delays. The ship departure was delayed, arrival in Brazil was delayed, container pickup was delayed, and delivery was delayed twice. Each time they gave a different excuse. They never cared or showed any importance in how they handled the situation. They spoke as if delays were commonplace and most of the time didn't apologize for anything.
3) They asked me to declare the list of goods with a value several times below the value I had chosen, so they would pay fewer taxes. In the end, they altered the values I had declared and asked me to sign the document. All of this happens after you pay for the services and when they already have your belongings, which makes it very difficult to take any action against what they want.
4) Several boxes arrived torn. Some items arrived broken, even though they were well packed. They didn't take care of my belongings. They never apologized or admitted the mistake.
5) Their communication and customer service were horrible. Clearly, they didn't care about me or my belongings. They spoke as if it didn't matter and always blamed third parties for mistakes that were theirs.
There's a lack of professionalism, transparency, care, and understanding. These are not just belongings; they are items of personal value to us.Read more

She offered invaluable assistance with documentation, kept me well-informed throughout, and was consistently reachable through email and WhatsApp. Once customs clearance was obtained, the delivery process was remarkably swift.

Quando imaginei que seria impossível realizar minha mudança, a Premier apareceu tornou tudo possível e com o desafio de organizar tudo em no máximo 2 semanas antes da minha partida do Brasil para Portugal.
Desde o primeiro contato para entender todas as minhas necessidades à entrega impecável, contei com todo apoio das equipes da Premier e consegui fazer uma mudança sem surpresas.
Cada objeto foi embalado com o máximo de cuidado e em 15m³ não tive um único item danificado.
Muito obrigado a todos novamente pelo excelente trabalho. Indico fortemente para quem quer mudar sem dores de cabeça.

Em vancouver não consegui encontrar empresas que faziam mudancas internacionais, depois de uma pesquisa no google encontrei a Premier Relocations e logo de cara eles foram super atenciosos e carinhosos comigo, me deram uma atenção sem igual, cuidaram de tudo, me explicaram como era o processo o [Nomes removidos por Sirelo] são sensacionais. A comodidade da operacção, pegaram minha mudanca na porta de casa e entregaram dentro da minha casa, não tive que me preocupar com simplesmente nada! eu recomendo e de olhos fechados. Não posso esquecer de elogiar os rapazes que fizeram a entrega, foram muito cuidadosos, todos meus pertences chegaram em perfeito estado.

I never give 5-star ratings - there is always room for improvement with everything. All things considered my experience was very positive. [name removed by Sirelo] was very helpful and reassuring. I opted to not load a whole container, and I am glad that I did not. My possessions filled about one third of a container. My budget was tight so I opted to pack my possessions myself and load them onto a rental truck and drove them to the warehouse in Florida. The company considered m time, effort and expenses (packing materials) and appeared to give me a pretty favorable rate. The 'positives' of my experience were: 1. the level of communication that Jonathan maintained. 2. The friendliness and professionalism of the men who delivered my possessions. 3. The general care that was taken to handle my possessions carefully; however there were a couple of issues (to follow). The room for improvement included the following: 1. when I arrived at the warehouse the organization and reception was chaotic and in the process a very expensive rug was temporarily misplaced and undelivered. (it was located later and delivered to me after my other possessions arrived. An expensive floor lamp was broken and wrapped and delivered, anyway. I was able to have it repaired. It seemed that someone should have realized that they had broken the lamp, and informed us. The shipping and arrival dates were considerably longer than projected, but this was during the height of Covid and the 'container crisis'. My major criticism was how the inventory is handled. I did elect to pack my things myself and was informed that I should attach detailed lists of the contents of the boxes which I did; however, after everything was packed I received an inventory list from the company that was very specific and detailed and required by the insurance company and the Receita Federal. Completing this list accurately would have been much easier, and more accurate, if the list had been provided to me once the company and I agreed on a contract.
Having made these comments I would recommend this company for your move. Moving your 'home' 5,000 miles - not to mention to Brazil, of all places - is no small challenge and they generally handled it very well.Read more
