One Moving & Relocation

After signing the proposal, every call or survey would change the price. I kept reducing the items but the price kept going up.
According to them, my items were borderline between 2x Liftvans or 1x 20ft container but the container could be half-full or completely full and would cost the same. Why the change after then? Still haven't received an answer, only a 'Sorry about that, we will keep the agreed price. Regards, ___'

Even after we were agreed on a maximum (20' container), they still sent me a revised 'proposal'. Well, not 'proposal' because all my stuff had already been packed! What was I supposed to do, ask them to bring them back?
I thought this was unacceptable so I said no way, and they ended up 'agreeing' to stick with the previous cost. What happened here? Was he pushing the price up to see how far he could go? Very unprofessional and abusive.

Anyway, since I couldn't really check the real volume until it arrived, I paid for the container. But when it arrived I measured the volume.. and it was under the max for 2 Liftvans!! What now? Am I going to be refunded for the extra amount I've paid?

From the beginning One Moving were attentive and careful. They kept us informed about the processes and the two teams that packed and unpacked our stuff were very quick and professional.

Es war klar, dass ONE einen deutschen Dienstleister als Partner nützen würde um den Umzug zu verpacken. Es sollte das Unternehmen Confern sein. Zu unserer Überraschung erschien ein 5-köpfiges Team der Firma ZBV. Im Gespräch erfuhr ich, dass sie Drittdienstleister der Firma Roggendorf waren. Der Umzug war zweimal 'weitergegeben' worden. Dies wurde uns vor dem Umzug NIE erwähnt. Auch sonst haben wir kein Feedback der Confern erhalten.
Das ZBV Team war freundlich, aber mitten im Umzug mussten 3 Mitlieder für fast 3 Stunden weg 'um einen anderen Container zu entladen'. Dies hat unseren Umzug unter Zeitdruck gesetzt und am Ende blieben einige Sachen zurück, da man es eilig hatte unseren Container zu schließen. Ich konnte - als Gehbehinderter - wenig konkret ausrichten.
Ich empfehle Confern, Roggendorf und ZBV nicht weiter. One hat bis jetzt offen und schnell geantwortet, was aber im Grunde nichts an der Tatsache ändert.

Transparent in pricing, process, time span, custom regulations. I have moved internationally 5 times now, this was the best. One Moving is clear from the start to the beginning, is a fast responder and used a top level partner at the country of destination. All questions answered with patience. All goods packed and protected as we hoped for. No tolerance for sending for example a bottle of wine or souvenir banknotes in a box. Professionals of the new era. One Moving truly understands the needs of a family that needs to move and wants to keep the costs under control. Kind and patient. Out of the ordinary.

All moved as planned, no surprises, no delays, friendly and efficient staff, excellent quality and service.

The overall experience was excellent. Everything that was requested was attended in smooth and kind way. The only point that I could complain is regarding to the delivery time due the fact that my gods stayed in a container before and it took so long to dispatch. After that everything was perfect.
